We are experts in SB-9 lot splits - Whether you plan to build a second home, ADU, duplex or condo. This consists of a survey with two legal descriptions, permit expediting, and concludes with an approved lot split in your hands.

Grading Plans

Includes onsite topographical survey, prescribed cut and fill quantities to create a pad for a buildable site. We will then submit the plans to the city, see them through plan check, and deliver an approved grading plan to you.

Custom Design Modification or Permit Processing
